Business Assistant (Position based in Abidjan) (New post)

Job Purpose:

To plan, organize and support the Managing Director and the Company's activities.


• To manage the Company / Managing Director’s calendar/ schedule of meetings;
• Act as an Office Manager by keeping up also with basic office requirements;
• Any other assigned role.

Experience & Competencies:

• University degree;
• Fluent in spoken and written English & French;
• 2 to 5 years of Oil & Gas experience in Business Assistant/Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant role;
• Experience of using of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, any other communicative tool;
• Professional and effective interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have matured a significant experience in the O&G industry of Cote d’Ivoire, with Upstream projects, with Petroleum Contracts, with competent Authorities, with Service Contractor;
• Have familiarity with both office activities and offshore petroleum operations related tasks, such as admin procedure under different local entities.
