Job Title: OIL AND GAS SALES COORDINATOR

Purpose:

Ensuring the implementation of the marketing and commercial agreements relating to the company equity production, in both domestic and international markets.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and coordinate oil and gas sales, dealing and cooperating with Petroci and other JV partners.
- Develop knowledge on the gas and liquids sales and the relevant commercial agreements and ensure the compliance of the relevant commercial operations according to such agreements and company’s internal procedures.
- Issuance of monthly reports in accordance with internal procedures and commercial agreements.
- Manage and control the scheduling programs of the liftings of the liquids, equity of the company, of the partners and of the State.
- Manage and control the process of oil and gas nominations (on monthly and daily basis), related to the equity of the company and of the State.
- Support the Commercial Manager to successfully liaise with government authorities and joint venture partners.
- Support the Commercial Manager in defining negotiation strategies and objectives of contracts related to oil and gas activities, and in the relevant negotiations with partners and Local Authorities on the best terms and consistently with assigned business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Appropriate degree
- Language: French & English
- Experience in economic and commercial aspects
- Knowledge, Technical or Professional Skills:
* Gas and oil commercialization
* Conversant with various types of agreements, including PSC Contracts
* Gas Processing and Lifting procedures.
