SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Position based in Abidjan)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and develop order file for clients locally to ensure that all orders are monitored and delivered on time ;
• Monitor status of all imported orders to alleviate any delays and to ensure that all orders are accounted for ;
• Keeping the status report (computer format) up to date with the relevant orders and shipments as well as for the stock received and dispatched ;
• Monitoring and corresponding with Clearing Agents on all shipments and deliveries. Also providing them with necessary documentation e.g. BOL, Invoice to ensure acceptable deliveries;
• Assist Financial Department with Debtors as and when needed and also responsible for maintaining good communication between client, company and Sales persons with regards to overdue accounts ;
• Assisting clients where possible with all queries and complaints related to orders, deliveries and any admin derived from this;
• Enter projects on GPMS and all other administrative relative duties;
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• MS office all aspects; Word, Excel and PowerPoint Outlook
• Good command of English language
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Navision or any relevant accounting package
• Supervisory skills
TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
• Ability to work in a multi tasking environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different culture and levels
• Motivated, self driven, enthusiastic, flexible and efficient, with a positive approach to work
• Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.
you have a bachelor's degree plus 3/4 academic year in Business Management with 2/3 years of professional experience. You have a good level in English.
